Is Small Bot Fix free?

Yes. Writing and copying the reminders is free and needs no sign-up. Automatic sending is planned for $9 a month but is not available yet, and nobody can be charged for it today.

Do I need an account?

No. Open the page, fill in the form and copy your reminders. There is no login.

Is my invoice information stored?

No. The reminders are written in your browser. Nothing you type is stored or sent to Small Bot Club, and the site uses no cookies, analytics or tracking.

Can I edit the reminders?

Yes. Every subject line and email is an editable box. Change anything you like before you copy it or open it in your email app.

When are the reminders meant to be sent?

The tool writes reminders for 3, 7, 14 and 30 days after the invoice due date. If the invoice is already late, it marks the dates that have passed and shows which one to send today. You send them yourself, from your own email.

Does Small Bot Fix send the emails?

No. Open in email starts a draft in your own email app with the client, subject and text filled in. You check it and press send. Nothing is sent from Small Bot Fix.

When will automatic sending be available?

Not yet, and there is no date. When it opens, the page will say so. If you would like a note when it does, email support@smallbotclub.com.

Does it work outside the US?

The wording is plain English and works anywhere. Amounts default to US dollars, and you can pick euros, British pounds, Canadian dollars or Australian dollars instead.

Can Small Bot Fix answer a refund request?

Yes. The second tab writes a calm reply that points to the agreed scope and delivery and offers a fix instead of a refund. It's a fixed template, not legal advice.

Is this legal advice?

No. The reminders are fixed templates. For anything legal, such as late fees or collections, check your contract and ask a professional.
