You did the work, sent the invoice, and the replies stopped.

The work matched the brief, then the client changed their mind after delivery and asked for a refund.

They update as you type. You can edit the text before copying. "Open in email" starts a draft in your own email app; nothing is sent from here.

Not legal advice. This is a fixed template to help you write a calm reply. It can't tell you how a refund dispute or chargeback will turn out. That depends on your contract, your payment provider and where you and your client are. If a lot of money is at stake, talk to a qualified professional.
3. Or let the bot send your reminders
For $9 a month, Small Bot Fix will send each reminder on the right day, from our address with replies going to you, until you mark the invoice paid. Every email will have a "Mark paid" link that stops the rest. Up to 20 open invoices.
Founding members: automatic sending is being built now. Start today and your first $9 charge waits 30 days. If sending isn't live by then, we'll extend your trial. Cancel anytime from the link in your receipt or by emailing support@smallbotclub.com.
Secure checkout by Stripe. Writing and copying the reminders above stays free, with no sign-up.

Quick answers
Is Small Bot Fix free?
Yes. Writing and copying the reminders is free and needs no sign-up. Automatic sending is $9 a month for founding members; it is being built now, so the first charge waits 30 days.
Is my invoice information stored?
No. The reminders are written in your browser. Nothing you type is stored or sent to Small Bot Club.
When are the reminders meant to be sent?
The tool writes reminders for 3, 7, 14 and 30 days after the invoice due date. If the invoice is already late, it marks the dates that have passed and shows which one to send today. You send them yourself.
Can Small Bot Fix answer a refund request?
Yes. The second tab writes a calm reply that points to the agreed scope and delivery and offers a fix instead of a refund. It's a fixed template, not legal advice.
